A 2-week beginner yoga course to help anyone become more familiar with yoga. We will breakdown commonly used poses, help you with body alignment and clear up misconceptions. This course is for anyone, anywhere and can be done on your own time. By the end of the 2 weeks you will have the confidence to join any yoga class online and in person.

Wanderer Wellness Retreat

The Wanderer Wellness Retreat and focusing on wandering though all our mind, body, and soul! We will do a variety of yoga, meditation and exploring the beauty of the Black Hills.
